The designers of Torchlight Frontiers, a free-to-play, shared-world variation of Runic Games’ Torchlight action role-playing video game series, are revamping the game and relabeling it Torchlight 3 The designers pitched the change as taking Torchlight “back to its roots,” and will offer the game on Steam this summer season for a concealed price.
Torchlight 3 will include a linear development system, similar to 2009’s Torchlight and its 2012 follow up.
