Chronicle and Fantastic 4 director Josh Trank is back, this time with a motion picture about the sundown years of well-known gangster Al Capone.

Tom Hardy plays Capone, who is struggling with syphilis and the skepticism of his family following his 11- year sentence at United States Penitentiary, Atlanta. The trailer displays the once-lively gangster’s wear and tear as he roams around his home, in addition to federal government efforts to put him back behind bars.

Linda Cardellini stars as Mae, Al’s better half, and Jack Lowden stars as the FBI representative intent on putting Capone back in prison. Matt Dillon, Noel Fisher, and Kyle MacLachlan co-star.

The movie, initially entitled Fonzo, is set to strike VOD on May 12, with Trank declaring on social media that it’s “[his] cut.” Trank likewise kept in mind that the movie was initially prepared as a theatrical release, which a big- screen run may take place later on in the year.
