For the start of July, a new bug is available in Animal Crossing: New Horizons for those in the northern hemisphere. The Walking Stick bug is not the most expensive one you can offer, and it’s definitely not the most beautiful. Still, you can find it roaming around your garden, and you need to attempt to capture it at specifictimes You do need to bring it to Blathers to complete his collection.
You want to look for the Walking Stick crawling throughout the side of trees anywhere on your island. You will certainly scare the bug if you attempt to get too close to it while holding a net, so make sure to sneak up on it while before you try to capture it. As soon as you do, bring it to Blathers to add to his collection or offer it at the Nook Shop for 600 bells.
While not the most expensive or valuable bug in the world, the times of the day are what set it apart. You can just find it from 4 am to 8 am, and after that again from 5 pm to 7 pm. You need to be an early riser to catch it or choose to pass up supper for a bit of time of venturing around your island.
