Borderlands 3 released just over a year ago, however that does not indicate the game will stop from upgrading and remaining fresh. Transmission announced today that there will be a second season pass, boasting 2 new add- ons, the Designer’s Cut and Director’s Cut.
While these names do not exactly paint a clear image of what is going to be added, we do know that each Vault Hunter will have a brand name new skill tree. Along with these new skill trees, Transmission will be presenting a new game mode, Arms Race.
Currently there is very little information out about these 2 new add- ons or what kinds of statistics will be consisted of in these new skill trees. Transmission’s announcement declares that the add- ons will be “unlike anything we’ve done before.” The developers plan on launching more information throughout October in various livestreams.
The first DLC of season 2 will be The Designer’s Cut, which is set to release on November 10 for all platforms.
