The developers of Minecraft released today Rock 1.16.220 Updating. Below you will find all the details of this update on April 6.

Minecraft update 2.22.0 can now be downloaded. In total, you need to download and install 206 MB. Today’s update adds a lot of bug fixes, especially in Performance and Stability.

  • Updated block shorthand to include only vanilla blocks
  • Blocks.get added to get a block and return null if it doesn’t exist
  • Added BlockStates to list all block states
  • SetState added to Block to update the block status
  • Added BlockPos class
  • Added ItemStack class GameTest module
  • Tags added to list all built-in tags
  • Updated all methods taking the x, y, z position to take a BlockPos
  • Exposed padding when registering a game test
  • Fixed an issue where previous failed GameTest markers were still showing in new worlds

Movement prediction

  • Fixed an issue where projectiles on third-party servers ignored server move packages
  • The server adjusts the player’s falling distance to account for the client’s position if a player’s correction or anomaly is detected.
