Sony just made another big announcement after the PS Plus lineup of free games went live in April 2021, this time including Marvel’s Avengers from Square Enix, Borderlands 3 from 2K Games and The Long Dark in PlayStation’s library. Now (PS Now).

According to the posting on PlayStation Blog, Marvel’s Avengers part of PS Now will only be until July 5th, and Borderlands 3 departs September 29th. However, The Long Dark has no end date, making it one of those games that will end up off the list of PS Now games for the foreseeable future.

Marvel’s Avengers hasn’t been the ‘best’ live service based game on superheroes since launch, leaving a small number of active players in the game. Some have expressed dismay at the lack of content and the long waiting times when looking for other players to play with.
