Call of Duty fans saw a surprise update released today, with version 1.35 of Warzone now available for download ahead of the launch of Season 3. The Call of Duty Warzone Update 1.35 weighs 2.3 GB for PlayStation and 5 GB for Xbox. The patch brings a grain to the Sykov Pistols and has been launched leading up to the major release date of Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops Cold War Season 3.

The release of the new COD update was announced by Raven Software’s Twitter account who posted, “A #Warzone update is now going live!

“Includes RC-XD changes / fixes, weapon perks, sniper shimmer, attachments, and more.”

Raven Software added, “To clarify, the 25% damage reduction for the Sykov applies when the Sorokin 140mm Auto and the 80 Round Drums are paired.

“There is no damage reduction when these attachments are used independently.”

Season 3 of Call of Duty Warzone and Black Ops Cold War will launch on Thursday, April 22, 2021.

CALL OF DUTY WARZONE UPDATE 1.35 PATCH NOTES

GENERAL

The RC-XD has been removed from Buy Stations and is now only available through Containment Monitors.

Fixed an issue that prevented players from equipping armor plates after activating certain Killstreaks or Field Upgrades.

The Containment Protocol missiles will no longer land in the latitude.

The volume of the sound effects of the Containment Protocol missiles has been reduced.

Fixed a bug that caused Loadout Drops to block movement and projectiles after the crate collapsed.

King Slayer Trios – The gas circle will no longer move completely outside the playing area.

BLUEPRINTS

The Swatt Master Blueprint now correctly displays the Electric Dismemberment icon.

ATTACHMENTS

Fixed a bug with the Modern Warfare Sniper Scope and Variable Zoom Scope where they didn’t show any shimmer.

Fixed a bug with Modern Warfare weapon perks where they did not have the intended effects.

Fixed a bug with the Bullseye Reticle where it sometimes caused frame rate issues or UI elements disappearing.

Movement speed reduced by 5%

80 round drums (Sykov)

Movement speed reduced by 5%

ADS movement speed reduced by 7%

Equipping the Sykov with the Sorokin 140mm Auto and the 80 Round Drums reduces damage by 25%.
