Pre-orders have been opened for a new Lego Super Mario set. Nintendo of America has unveiled the new Lego Super Mario Luigi Starter Course Set through its official Twitter account. A short video showed what comes with the set. Consumers can also build their own courses with this set. The Luigi Starter Course Set will be released worldwide on August 1, 2021. Prizes for the set will be vary by region.

The Lego Super Mario Luigi Starter Course Set comes with parts to create an obstacle course and includes recognizable characters from the Super Mario series. This includes a pink Yoshi variant, a bone Goomba, and Boom Boom. Additionally, consumers can receive digital coins to help Luigi get through the obstacle course. This set comes with a total of two hundred and eighty pieces. You can watch the demonstration video below.

In August 2020, Lego released a total of ten Lego Super Mario Expansion sets. This included a Mario’s House and Yoshi expansion and a King Boo and the Haunted Mansion expansion set. However, some of these sets have been released exclusively for specific stores. In addition, there are character packs for sale that can potentially add a total of ten enemies for Mario, and now Luigi, to avoid the various obstacle courses.
