Monster Hunter Rise players can now join a unique quest for events to receive a special Ninjutsu gesture. To access the event quest, players must talk to the carrier at the Steelworks location and download the quest. The quest itself will take players against the Tetranadon, one of the new monsters introduced by Monster Hunter Rise. Completing the hunt will reward you with the Ninjutsu gesture.
The quest is in the Additional Content menu when you talk to the carrier. From there, players can download the event quest. There is no indication in the game to suggest this will be a temporary quest. Players can then accept the quest through the Event Quest option at the Gathering Hub quest counter. In addition, players must have reached a specific point inside Monster Hunter Rise to pick up the quest and receive their Ninjutsu gesture.
This new event quest arrives as part of the Monster Hunter Rise version 2.0 update, which added the Kushala Daora and Teostra to the game. Additionally, the developers revealed in a recent broadcast that emotes and other rewards can be obtained through event searches.
Monster Hunter Rise is available immediately for Nintendo Switch. A PC version of the game is slated for release in early 2022.
