Update news about Call of Duty Warzone
There are always plenty of things to fix and troubleshoot in a game as colossal and ‘integrated’ as Call of Duty Warzone.
The good news is that there is a huge team working on the popular Battle Royale shooter, which regularly gets patches to fix issues.
Sometimes they can’t keep up with all the issues, leaving gamers against invisible enemies or teams of Juggernauts.
Some of the issues are less buggy and problematic and can boil down to the simple taste of the player when trying to survive in Verdansk.
And it appears that this week’s Call of Duty Warzone update is targeting a particular item on the map.
After a fan asked if The Streetsweeper’s shotgun could show up as ground booty a little less often, the Raven Software team replied:
“We are taking a closer look at the Streetsweeper in general. Changes will come in the next update. No details to share yet. “
Due to the sounds of this short message, Raven Software will release a new patch this week that will roll back the number of shotguns that can be found scattered across the map.
The post received a lot of positive feedback from fans, with one comment: “Thanks for at least acknowledging it.
“This is just like when the Origin was meta &, literally loot all over Verdansk. This greatly increases camping. Consider decreasing the number. A full team shouldn’t be able to get them all in one building. “
Another said, “At least that was semi-automatic. A fully automatic shotgun spawn off and there are about 40 of them wherever you go is just silly. You can still get it to be a high rate of fire shotgun, but make it semi-automatic with a barrel that makes it automatic. “
“Yes, I understand Streetsweeper shouldn’t be as common as floor booty, but the gun generally doesn’t need nerfing, come on, the reloading is the main drawback and can get you killed easily if you don’t choose when you reload wisely. .. amax / scavenger gets nerfed? “
Raven Software also confirmed that a new change is coming to Warzone in Season 3, following issues with the Adler event.
“From now on and through to the end of season three, everyone who logs into #Warzone will get the ‘Tortured & Rescued’ Adler skin.
“We would like to thank everyone for participating in the limited-time Hunt for Adler event and for their patience over the past few days.”
Problems with the progress of the challenge being incorrectly tracked left many gamers frustrated and unable to unlock the event skin.
But as confirmed above, all gamers should be able to access the new skin as long as they log into the game in the coming weeks.
This week’s Call of Duty Warzone update could be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC as early as May 4th.
However, it’s ultimately up to Raven Software to reveal its plans for the week and what fans can expect from new content.
A special Call of Duty blog post goes live every Monday, featuring the latest playlist and weapon changes from Warzone and Black Ops Cold War.
So it may only take a few hours for us to figure out what’s next for the Battle Royale game.
