The Witcher 3 Game Director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz recently left game company CD Projekt RED after controversy arose in the workplace.

Media outlet Bloomberg reported that there were allegations of workplace bullying at CD Projekt RED, but the ex-director has denied them. It appears that the company has been investigating the bullying allegations for months. Mobbing is a Polish term for office bullying and this was against Tomaszkiewicz. The investigation showed that he was not guilty, but he just decided to leave anyway. He felt the inconvenience between him and the staff.

“Nevertheless, many people feel fear, stress or discomfort when working with me,” said Tomaszkiewicz. He has apologized to the staff “for all the bad blood I’ve caused.”

“I will continue to work with myself. Behavioral change is a long and arduous process, but I am not giving up and I hope to change. “

When Bloomberg asked for a comment, he said he was “sad, a little disappointed and resigned.” He would play a big part in the next Witcher game.
