Call of Duty Warzone update news this week includes a big tease for what’s to come during Cold War Season 3.

From what has been shared so far, Activision plans to add Rambo & John McClane to the Warzone operators list later this month.

This is part of the upcoming mid-season update, expected to arrive on May 20, and will focus more on Call of Duty Cold War.

This is based on how a huge amount of new content arrived in Warzone at the start of Season 3, including the Verdansk 84 map.

For now, all we know is that these new movie operators will be available in both games, along with other new maps and modes.

Zombies is another part of the game that is expected to see new content, and there’s a chance that a new map will be revealed in the coming weeks for gamers to explore.

But gamers don’t have to wait until May 20 to start playing new content for Call of Duty Cold War.

Developers Treyarch have announced their plans for later this week, with a new update to the playlist going live on May 13.

A new 12v12 Moshpit is going live that will bring a larger player pool to normal 6v6 maps.

A new Gunfight tournament will also begin on Thursday, complete with new rewards and gear.

There hasn’t been much teasing for Warzone this week, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any plans.

Raven Software has talked about returning some Modern Warfare weapons that have struggled to shake up the meta and get rid of some existing bugs.

And chances are, a new set of playlists will be added to the game this week, along with a major Call of Duty Store update.

A message from Activision adds, “Earn the fear and distrust of your enemies when the Tracer Pack: Antonov Operator Bundle hits stores this week, featuring its legendary” Meltdown “Operator Skin.

Also included are two legendary weapon blueprints with nuclear tracer fire and disintegration effects: the “Toxic Contaminant” Tactical Rifle and the “Nuclear Response” SMG.

The pack also includes the “Radiation Detector” wrist accessory, the “Toxic Spill” Charm, the “Chemical Burn” animated emblem, the “Toxic Throne” animated Calling Card and the “Radiator” vehicle skin.

This next bundle, the Tracer Pack: Tropical, features a bigger thump than a double piña colada with three legendary weapon blueprints: the “Extended Vacation” Sniper Rifle, the “Subtropic” SMG and the “Tropic Elite” pistol.

Also included in the bundle are the “Caught Staring” Finishing Move, the “CHAMPS” Champagne Bottle Charm, the “Tropic Tumble” Calling Card and “Pineapple Elite” Sticker.

Next up is The Drifter, a pack of four Western themed items centered around the Epic “Tanner” Tactical Rifle Blueprint. The bundle also includes a new reticle, Stone’s “High Plains” Operator skin, and the “Dead Still”, Epic Calling Card.

Finally, players can rock out with the Music Legend Mastercraft bundle, an eight-item pack featuring Wolf’s legendary “Rockstar” Operator skin and the heavy metal theme Ultra “Shredder” Assault Rifle Mastercraft.

There’s also the legendary ‘Amped Up’ gun blueprint, as well as the ‘Super Disco’ charm, ‘Center Stage’ dirt bike vehicle skin, ‘Battle Shredder’ emblem, ‘Soul Searcher’ watch and ‘Cultural Export’ Phone card.
