PS5 consoles are back in stock at Argos
After days of waiting for the rumored stock to be restocked, PlayStation 5 consoles are finally back in stock at Argos.
And unlike previous stock drops that have only been online, Argos customers can purchase a PS5 console in-store!
According to the always reliable PS5 UK Stock Twitter Account, Argos accepts walk-ins for PS5 consoles.
What’s interesting about the latest new stock is that customers have made successful purchases, despite the console showing as sold out in the app.
Indeed, it may be worth popping into your local Argos store at the weekend as you may be in luck.
“News: Argos stores accept walk-ins! This was from a store that didn’t have a green in-stock button on the app at the time.
“It’s definitely worth going to your local to try it, even if it’s OOS on the app.”
As COVID restrictions begin to ease, buying PS5 consoles in-store is becoming an increasingly viable option.
With all the difficulties of buying PlayStation 5 consoles online, restocking in-store can be more beneficial for customers.
It will certainly prevent bots and scalpers from buying up all the stock in an instant, especially if stores limit sales to one per customer.
In the meantime, to give yourself the best possible chance of getting your hands on a PS5, it’s worth bookmarking some of the more popular stock checker accounts.
Some of the accounts mentioned above have Discord groups for PS5 customers, while some have live streams and alerts on sites like YouTube.
Customers are generally encouraged to have multiple devices open when trying to purchase a PlayStation 5, and to sign in to store accounts where available.
If you can manage to get your hands on a PS5 console, it’s worth checking out the brand new release Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.
Ratchet and Clank are back! Help them stop a robot emperor bent on conquering multidimensional worlds, with their own universe next in line.
“Witness the evolution of the dream team as they are joined by Rivet, a Lombax resistance fighter from another dimension.”
The game takes advantage of the PS5 console’s headline features, including instant loading, haptic feedback, and adaptive trigger buttons when firing certain weapons.
