user interface

  • Changes made to the new server notification icon settings:
    • The default settings are now set from “none” to “warning icons only”.
    • The red text warning message that would appear in the center of the screen has been removed.
  • The “Sell All” button in the weapon shop now works as intended. (Previously this was disabled due to some technical issues). The button will remain removed from the device screen as intended.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed a round to start with more than the target number of players.
  • Fixed a rare crash that could occur due to an AI pathfinding issue.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the details of the effective range associated with the Springfield with explosive ammunition to be incorrect (actual in-game values were correct).
  • Fixed an issue where the ammo counter was not fully visible when the game is rendered in certain aspect ratios.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the cursor to appear on the screen during a match.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented Concertina thread from being destroyed by the shovel.
  • Switching between firing modes on the LeMat can result in a weird looping noise and keep you from returning to your previous position.
  • Linking shots while using Gunslinger mode is less reliable than in Hunter mode.
  • Preparing a weapon while in Gunslinger may prevent you from melee.
  • In some cases, while in gunslinger, returning to ADS after canceling a reload may require too much input.
  • Gunslinger: Doing a heavy melee attack while stopping sprinting will return you to the wrong stance (must return to hip fire stance).
  • Some inconsistencies can occur in terms of sensitivity while using Gunslinger mode. The melee and weapon strike rate is slightly different.
  • Gunslinger: In some cases, players can shoot by pressing the melee button after spamming a combination of different actions.
  • When you unlock a Legendary item, the order of items in the list can often change as you customize your gear.
  • Tutorial: Replenishing consumables may be incorrect after respawning.
  • The Training tab can get stuck among other UI elements when exiting the training selections screen. Re-opening the Training tab resolves this.
  • In some cases, the reticle for the throwing knives may disappear during play.
  • Dying from a poison cloud or a poison travel mine will result in seeing a blank death screen.
  • Spectator Mode: The player’s aiming status does not always match what is visible in Spectator mode.
  • Shooting a hive bomb floating on the water (with a shotgun) can result in multiple instances of the swarm.
  • Challenges: Fighters who are damaged by other players but receive a deadly blow from AI count towards the total. This is not intended and should only be added to the total if the kill is caused by a player.
  • In some cases, your health bar will remain on the screen even though it appears to have no damage. This is caused by the light being burned out, but it is not displaying correctly. A small amount of damage will refresh it and show the correct information.
  • In some rare cases, a health pack may spawn on a clue that prevents you from examining it properly.
  • If you’re trying to join a Quickplay match, the “Please Wait” might turn red again, forcing you to press Play again.
  • In some rare and very specific scenarios, the bomb lance projectile may not explode.
  • Challenges: Kill 50 bosses is incorrectly followed by the kill strike instead of joining.
  • Gunslinger: In some cases, players can shoot by pressing the melee button after spamming a combination of different actions.
  • In some cases, a looted item will still appear on the blue spaces in Quickplay, even after another player grabs it. You cannot interact with these items.
  • In some cases, after being revived or if a weapon is swapped with Winfield gear, the server will register that it is out of ammo.
  • Concertina wire can damage players through walls.
  • Plunderable weapons sometimes fall too close together, making it difficult to loot the right ones.
  • In some cases it is not possible to charge a melee attack directly after switching between weapons/tools.
  • Death from bleeding damage caused by AI can appear as suicide in the damage history on the death screen.
  • Performing multiple specific actions at once can cause players to inadvertently stand in a crouching position.
  • In some cases, the Assassin’s clones can get stuck and won’t attack players.
  • In some rare cases, the spider can become trapped under the floor after jumping on a player.
  • Bleeding damage marks do not register on the death screen in damage history.
  • In some cases, it may not be possible to fight the Bomblance if you try this while releasing from ADS.
  • Performing multiple specific actions at once can cause players to inadvertently stand in a crouching position.
  • In some cases, canceling a reload will cause you to melee instead of firing in cases where the right mouse button is pressed.
  • In some cases, your health bar will remain on the screen even though it appears to have no damage. This is caused by the light being burned out, but it is not displaying correctly. A small amount of damage will refresh it and show the correct information.
  • Trials: In some cases, when you replay a previous trial mission, you may spawn with fewer health chunks than intended.
  • In some cases, weapon shadows may appear pixelated when entering/exiting Darksight.
  • In some cases, when all consumables slots are full, you may not be able to purchase consumables other than those in the first slot.
  • In some cases, switching to another weapon (looting) can cause the dropped weapon to fall under the floor.
  • In some cases, canceling a reload will cause you to melee instead of firing in cases where the right mouse button is pressed.
  • In some cases, the “waiting for players” screen allows AI to attack.
  • In some cases, the ban and extraction status may show the incorrect details. This is purely a visual problem. The normal state remains in the background as intended.
  • Quickplay: If you pick up a small weapon while switching to a larger weapon, the wrong item will be traded.
  • In some cases, crows may respond to the player’s sound later than intended. If there is a lot of occlusion between you and the crows, they can also be hard to hear.
  • In some cases, after changing the firing modes on the Winfield Aperture, it is not possible to use ADS.
  • Poison effects from the hive and spider can persist even after the intended duration (venom bug).
  • Repeatedly tapping Alt in and out can make you lose control of your fighter.
  • Some weapons allow you to perform two heavy melee attacks in quick succession before losing any stamina.
  • In some cases, using ladders can teleport players or cause them to get stuck in other assets.
  • A possible stall can occur when expelling a boss.
  • Some players may encounter stuttering problems. We are actively investigating these issues.
  • Bear traps placed on window frames can cause problems jumping through the window.
  • In some cases, weapons come out randomly from ADS.
  • In some cases you may encounter desynchronization between the client and the server when walking on edges/slopes.
