Samsung’s Galaxy S21 arrived in February with this device featuring a radical new design, improved camera, better display and more processing power under the shell. Now it looks like a new version of this flagship will be launched soon and owning an S21 could get much, much cheaper.

It has been rumored for months that the Korean tech company plans to bring an FE (Fan Edition) of this device to markets around the world.

Now, a new leak may prove that this revelation is one step closer to reality.

As noted by the team at android heads, an official-looking advertisement for the S21 FE has surfaced online, showing a device that comes in a number of fruity colors, including green and purple.

A triple rear camera can also be seen on the back of the case and it takes on the usual design for all Samsung screens. Leaks like this often seem close to an official launch and there’s another reason to suspect something new is coming soon.

Samsung recently revealed more news about the upcoming Galaxy Watch launch, which will come with a new Google WearOS-style operating system.

During the event, Samsung teased that it will release full details at an Unpacked event in the summer.

August is usually when the company unveils its next batch of new gadgets and could launch an S21 FE alongside that watch.

If the company follows last year’s launch of the S20 FE, this new device could be significantly cheaper than the standard S21.

If your mind is still on that premium device, it’s worth noting that Samsung is currently offering up to £150 cashback on buying its latest best smartphone.

There’s £100 back on the standard S21, £120 back on the S21+ and £150 back if you opt for the S21 Ultra.

As the company explains: “This is one of our biggest cashback offers ever. From smartphones and earbuds to wearables and tablets, claim cashback on a huge range of incredible products. Then get a £50 cashback boost when you buy more than buy one.”
