To sum up this new console, it’s more of a Nintendo Switch 1.5, which is strictly speaking a new machine. Because the manufacturer specified that the architecture in the machine was the same as the model that precedes it. The same goes for the accessories, everything will be compatible between the basic version and the OLED version.

Characteristics

As the name suggests, the console will be equipped with a 7-inch OLED screen, on the dock we also find an RJ 45 socket, storage that goes from 32 to 64 GB, a larger and adjustable support and improved audio. .

The machine will be offered in two versions:

  • in white
  • Or neon blue / neon red

The Nintendo Switch OLED will be available on October 8, 2021 for EUR 349.99. Pre-orders are already open with some resellers, but stocks will run out in a few minutes, so you’ll have to be patient.
