In a recent FAQ released via the Studio Online Facebook page, publisher Boltrend Games addresses a host of issues. One of these issues being addressed is the lack of content in Studio Online. In particular, the lack of content in the Japanese version of the game. Users have noticed that the game has not had any content updates on the Japanese client for quite some time. However, Boltrend Games reassured players that they intend to “guarantee the longevity of the game”.
That said, no clear answer was given as to how the publisher for the game’s global customer would approach this. In addition, the FAQ also covers the untranslated text in the game. Boltrend Games states that the recent update should fix this issue. Users who still experience untranslated texts in dialog boxes and enemy names should contact support.
In addition, the FAQ covers several other issues. This includes freezing or crashing the game, which has resulted in players not being able to log in or receive rewards. Another noted issue is the discrepancy between daily notifications and the reward actually received. Boltrend Games is currently working on a solution to that problem.
