GTA Online Update Time News For Tuners DLC
The next GTA Online update will be out this week and will bring the latest cars and content to Grand Theft Auto V.
This happens on the same day on all platforms, meaning no one is left behind on PS4, Xbox One, PC or next-gen consoles.
And while we don’t have an official GTA Online update time from Rockstar, we do have a pretty good idea when the next patch will be released.
GTA’s multiplayer mode has been around for a long time, meaning fans have become accustomed to how new expansions are released. And with Rockstar Games getting new content every few months, the long wait for something new to play is almost over.
Some of the DLC added in the past has turned out to be a bit the same, but the good news is that this week’s Los Santos Tuners update will expand the game in new ways.
The first thing to notice about this week’s GTA Online update is that it will add an entirely new social space to the game.
Grand Theft Auto gamers can always go into passive mode if they need to group up, and there are already clubs and apartments to get together.
But with GTA Online: Los Santos Tuners, Rockstar Games is creating a new arena where gamers can enjoy showing off their cars.
A message from Rockstar Games confirms that gamers can enjoy each other’s company at the LS Car Meet.
This has been described as a massive, shared social space where you and you can take your personal vehicle and mingle freely with other car fans to race, show off your custom vehicles, and even connect with shady contacts looking for skilled drivers and a chance against easy money.
WHEN WILL THE NEW GTA ONLINE UPDATE BE OUT?
Rockstar Games has confirmed that the GTA 5 Online Los Santos Tuners DLC has a release date slated for Tuesday, July 20.
No download size has been announced, but gamers should be warned that with such a sizable roster of new races, cars and background changes planned, it could be a big patch.
And based on previous releases, we expect the GTA Online update time to be around 11:00 AM BST.
As a prediction, we expect the rollout to begin sometime after 9am BST and possibly continue for several hours, as Rockstars launches the patch on PS4, Xbox One and PC at slightly different times.
We don’t expect any further guidance from Rockstar on this subject, but if they post more information, we’ll add it here.
And for those who want to know more about the new Car Meet coming to the game, the official description adds:
‘For starters, check out a nondescript graffiti-painted warehouse on the outskirts of town in Cypress Flats – listen closely and the sound of engines running can give it away, or look for the makeshift finish line on the road outside.
“Inside, the LS Car Meet has a ‘good vibes only’ policy, which makes it a great place to skip the attention of the law and all the little suckers who want to terrorize the residents of Los Santos.
“Park your stance (and your weaponized vehicles) at your doorstep and share your love of car culture with like-minded personalities.
“Here you’ll find countless ways to immerse yourself in the beating heart of the scene, show off prized personal vehicles from your collection or view those of others.
“For starters, you unlock a new reputation progression with new perks unlocked after each level. Plus, you get access to the Test Track, a large underground space in the Car Meet warehouse where you and your friends can drive, drift, and race vehicles freely, free from annoying pedestrians or the law.
“You can also try out new test drives on the test track – your chance to get behind the wheel of a varying selection of vehicles and push their limits.”
