American Horror Story Season 10 stops production after positive COVID-19 test

Per Variety, the tenth season of the long-running horror anthology series American horror Story, titled American Horror Story: Double Feature, has had to stop production after a positive COVID-19 test on set.

The outlet reports that the positive case was in what’s called “Zone A” in the COVID production protocol and was an actor on the show. However, the actor with the positive test has not been identified. The suspension of production is likely to last until at least the end of the week.

Plot details on the new season of American horror story are still being kept a secret, but creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that the latest season will be split into two stories – one that Murphy has previously teased a beach setting and a “weather dependent” story.

The cast for the upcoming tenth season includes American horror story regulars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Finn Wittrock, Lily Rabe, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter and Angelica Ross, with Macaulay Culkin as the latest addition.
