One broadband provider has received special praise from consumer champions Which? in a new survey of the top UK internet companies operating in the UK in 2021. Unfortunately, the highest honors were not awarded to well-known names such as BT, Virgin Media or Sky Broadband. Instead, Zen Internet topped the Which? tables for UK broadband providers.
And this is not annoying either. Founded in 1995, the company has taken its fifth consecutive win at Which? For brands like BT and Virgin Media is Zen Internet the only thing? recommended broadband provider in 2021.
That’s because the full-fibre broadband provider received high marks in every category in the comprehensive broadband survey.
Which? surveyed more than 4,400 adults in the UK between December 14, 2020 and January 6, 2021 to find out how happy they were with their broadband reliability and customer satisfaction.

The which? study said: “Only one provider stood out in this year’s survey – Zen Internet took first place and was the only company to receive the highest marks in each category. The other providers we surveyed received scores ranging from fair to disappointing.”

Which? aren’t the only ones singing the praises of Zen Internet.
Zen has also won a number of awards, including being named the best ISP by PC Pro for 17 years in a row.
