Apex Legends DOWN: EA Server Issues After Major Apex Update

Apex Legends servers will be offline tonight for gamers who recently updated their game on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Developers Respawn Entertainment have confirmed that they are investigating the issues, which appear to be directly related to today’s patch.

The new Apex Legends update brings several big changes, including a new limited-time event, as well as a bunch of background tweaks.

Legends characters have been polished and nerfed, and it seems that something else has happened that is preventing gamers from playing tonight.

It’s unclear how long it will take for the Apex Legends server issues to be resolved or for gamers to download a new patch.

The latest on the situation reads: “

Looks like Rampart is tinkering early on… We are currently investigating an issue that could prevent Apex Legends players from loading in a lobby after updating to the 10.1 patch. Updates are coming as we have them.”

MFL…

A message detailing today’s Apex Legends update as these details, telling fans: “Welcome to the Evolution Collection event. Unlock event-limited cosmetics for Wraith, Octane, Pathfinder, Fuse, Bangalore, Rampart, and Lifeline that have a give a glimpse of what our Legends could become with time and technology on their side.

“Meanwhile, our resident modder shows off those plonkers in charge of the Rampart Town Takeover, Big Maude. Check out her mobile shop, parked between Lava City and the Geyser. It’s certainly a popular POI for the rest of Emergence.

While the physical location may be in Battle Royale, Rampart is also bringing its entrepreneurship to the Arenas in ‘Rampart’s Arenas Extravaganza’, with special discounts designed to inspire players to change their usual gear.

“For all her hard work, Rampart gets a ‘Troubleshooter’: a brand new Heirloom pipe wrench, complete with a gumball machine. Who else could ask for? Oh, well – how about an upgrade to Sheila?”
