Xbox Live is out
Xbox Live will not be available tonight and more than 20,000 reports are coming in from fans affected by the current outage.
The good news is that Microsoft is aware of the issues and wants to fix them now.
The bad news is we don’t know how long it will take for the tech team to fix everything.
There is no ETA when servers will be back online or how long Xbox One and Xbox Series X consoles will be affected.
“We are currently investigating reports of users unable to sign in to the Xbox Network,” a statement from Microsoft reads.
“You may not be able to sign in to your Xbox profile, you may be disconnected while signed in, or you may have other related issues. Features that require you to sign in, such as most games, apps, and social activities, are not available. “
Gamers affected by today’s outage are reporting problems logging into their accounts, consoles, and web services.
One user reports: “He just signed me up but now it says I have to pay for the games but the store says I already bought it and then the same message pops up.”
Another adds: “Why is everyone going crazy because they most likely won’t be able to use a live for a really short time? Man, if the grid ever goes down, we’re really screwed.”
