Shenmue the Animation receives the first trailer and launches next year

Over a year ago, Crunchyroll and Adult Swim announced an anime adaptation of Shenmue. Some of them may not have had that on their radar now. The first trailer is out today Shenmue the animation, which also determines the start of broadcasts for the following year.

Shenmue originally appeared on Sega’s Dreamcast in 1999. The sequel Shenmue II followed two years later. In November 2019, Shenmue III appeared 18 years after the second entry.
