Roblox servers are currently unavailable
Roblox servers are currently unavailable, preventing fans from logging in and playing online games.
The status of the Roblox server is a grim read for fans, who have complained that they can’t access the game.
Independent website Down Detector has received thousands of reports that Roblox is not working.
The outage tracker monitors social mentions around certain topics to detect when services around the world go down.
The Down Detector failure map shows that the Roblox issues are affecting users in the UK, Europe and the US.
Needless to say, fans are venting their frustrations on Twitter and complaining about the Roblox login issues.
“Roblox is down like any other day and instead of fixing it they are making ugly sim-like characters,” tweeted one fan.
“Roblox down if you don’t know. Website tabs don’t show and some say they can’t join games, I can join games but it loads the yellow “Noob” avatar instead of my avatar.”
“Wanted to play some Roblox before going to the day, finally saw Roblox lying around. Can’t see it well in this photo but other people are complaining too. Cub.”
Fortunately, the game doesn’t seem to be out of the blue for everyone, as you can see from the following tweet.
“I see a lot of tweets saying roblox is down, but it’s not even down for me. Is it just me or does roblox like me today?”
Likewise, Roblox has yet to acknowledge the server issues, suggesting a fix is on the way.
If you’re new to the platform, Roblox allows creators to create and publish their own games.
The hugely popular platform is estimated to be worth a staggering $29.5 billion, after gaining a huge fan base during the pandemic.
Video game creations are published and shared through the Roblox app, whatever platforms you use.
It can be played on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Amazon devices, Xbox One, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
