Rockstar Games today announced its plans to launch the Definitive Edition of the GTA Trilogy in 2021 on a number of leading platforms.

The good news is that we know exactly when this will happen and what visual quality to expect.

As the name suggests, the Grand Theft Auto Definitive Edition trilogy of GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas will be the best versions money can buy.

They include enhanced visuals, controls, and design options that make replaying any game a breeze.

According to Rockstar, there will be better targeting and lock-on targeting in every game, as well as updated Weapon and Radio Station Wheels and updated Mini-Maps.

This also aids in navigation, allowing players to set waypoints to destinations, updated achievements, trophies and more.

A big question that gamers have had is whether the GTA trilogy would be coming to Nintendo Switch.

The Switch has missed out on big games in the past and has also had to wait a lot longer than other platforms to play certain titles.

The good news is that the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition release date is the same for every platform, and the game bundle arrives on November 11.

Some platforms get different things, and luckily this includes special measures taken to make playing on Nintendo Switch as easy as possible.
