PlayStation Now games countdown for November (Image: SONY)

Counting down to launch, PS Now subscribers have only a short period of time to wait until they can start exploring the new PS4 games coming to the service in November.

A total of four games have been announced to replace Red Dead Redemption 2 and NieR:Automata.

Both of the above games have been removed, with more coming to replace them in November’s PlayStation Now lineup.

As confirmed by Sony today, the following games will make their PS Now debut on November 2nd:

Mafia: Definitive Edition, Celeste, Final Fantasy IX and completely reliable delivery service.

Most of these games had already leaked, making them less of a surprise to see in the PS Now November library.

Totally Reliable Delivery Service is a nice surprise though, and gamers should check out the official description below to see if it’s one they’ll want to check out right away:

Completely reliable delivery service: Put on your back brace and start the van, it’s time to deliver! Do it alone to ensure the safety of your deliveries, or join your friends and put your teamwork to the test and get the job done haphazardly in an interactive sandbox world. Unpredictable ragdoll physics meets snappy platforming. Sprint, jump, dive and struggle with ease, but if you bump into something, you’ll be knocked out! Want to take a break from deliveries? Then play around. The world is full of toys, vehicles and machines that can be used to work or play.

And while Final Fantasy 9 remains the same classic that you would have encountered on your original PlayStation console, Celeste and Mafia Definitive Edition may be other experiences you haven’t played yet and are listed below:

Mafia: Definitive Edition: The Definitive Edition faithfully recreates the epic of organized crime with an expanded story plus gameplay and visual enhancements. Rising through the ranks of the Prohibition era mafia and experience a faithfully recreated 1930s cityscape, brimming with interwar architecture, cars and culture. After a run-in with the mafia, taxi driver Tommy Angelo is pushed into a deadly underworld. Tommy is initially uncomfortable with the Salieri crime family, but soon discovers that the rewards are too great to ignore.

celeste: You can do this. Help Madeline survive her inner demons on her journey to the top of the massive Celeste Mountain – 700+ screens of hardcore platforming challenges and devious secrets – in this super-sleek, handcrafted platformer from the makers of multiplayer classic TowerFall. The controls are simple and accessible – jump, jump and climb in the air – but with layers of expressive depth to master, with each death a lesson. Lightning fast respawns keep you climbing as you discover the mysteries of the mountain and brave its many dangers. This story-driven single-player adventure also features a charming cast of characters and a moving story of self-discovery. Do you want more challenge? Unlock brutal B-side chapters built for only the bravest mountaineers.

It should also be noted that while most of these PS4 games don’t have an expiration date, Mafia DE will be out of service in February 2022, making it worth checking out in November so you can get the most out of it.
