Elden Ring’s network test has given fans a tantalizing glimpse of FromSoftware’s imaginative open world.

If there’s one thing Elden Ring’s networking test showed us, it’s that FromSoftware manages to create an interesting open world with lots of things to see and do.

If you haven’t had a chance to try the network test yet, you’re running out of time.

From Software will hold two more sessions on Sunday morning and early Monday morning.

The penultimate network test will take place on November 14, between 11am GMT and 2pm GMT.

The final closed beta test will take place at night, between 3am GMT and 6am GMT.

Unfortunately, Elden Ring’s network test is invite-only, so you’d better check your email if you haven’t already.

If you are over 17 and own a PlayStation or Xbox console, you can request a code via the Elden Ring Network Test Website. You might be lucky and receive an invite at the last minute, so it’s worth signing up.

Bandai Namco sends codes via email, so check your Inbox and Junk folder for an invite.

Essentially a gameplay beta, the network test gives the development team a chance to stress-test the servers and fine-tune the balance.

More importantly, it gives hardcore fans a chance to jump into the open world and experience the action ahead of launch.

What fans can expect, Bandai Namco laid out some of the features that will be available during the beta.

“In the ELDEN RING Network Test, you play as a preset player character, explore fields and dungeons, fight enemies and play online elements,” reads the official description.

The development team has warned players to expect one or two bugs and glitches, explaining that the game is still in development.

If you liked the network test, you’ll be able to play more Elden Ring when the open-world fantasy game launches on February 22, 2022.
