Plans for a Mass Effect TV series on Amazon Prime Video are “nearly complete”. That reports Deadline in a new interview with Amazon Studio boss Jennifer Salke.
There are no details about the possible series, what story it tells or what characters are involved. It is also not certain whether it will actually become a reality, even though it has already been reported several times.
Eurogamer reports that there have long been plans for a Warner Bros. Legendary Pictures movie. However, at the beginning of the year, Mac Walters rejected the plans because they clashed with the film’s running time. Then the idea grew into a television series.
