Hunters offers first real insights into the gameplay of the 4-vs-4 battles

In February, Nintendo, Zynga Inc. and Lucasfilm Games us with the announcement of: Star Wars: Hunters at Nintendo Direct. It is a competitive arena fighting game. After the teaser trailer, there was a movie trailer in the summer. Both videos offered little real insight.

That changes today with a good gameplay trailer. Not only does the video show insights into the game, but it also introduces the eight playable characters of the 4-vs-4 arena fighter. Each figure has individual skills and weapons.

Rieve and J-3DI wield lightsabers, Zaina and Sentinel have accurate shooting skills, Imara Vex has an arsenal of bounty hunters, Grozz is incredibly strong, Slingshot makes clever use of technology like Droideka, and the resourceful Utooni uses whatever they can find.

Star Wars: Hunters takes place shortly after the fall of the Empire. Star Wars: Hunters is due out next year for Nintendo Switch, as well as for mobile devices. It will provide cross play.

Star Wars: Hunters lets fans take on the well-known and popular Star Wars characters in squad-based multiplayer battles. The game is free to play and does not require a Nintendo Switch Online membership.
