After pre-ordering in Japan and US Square Enix stores, you can now buy them in the European Square Enix Store access. The small music boxes cost 16.99 euros each.

Also You can already pre-order at Play-Asia*. There the Music Boxes cost 16.62 euros each. Plus taxes and shipping probably not much more expensive in the end than in the Square Enix Store.
