The latest installment in the popular Bravely Default series is a free-to-play mobile game. Incidentally, this is intended to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brand.
Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights is a single-player RPG with no character gacha, but there are also multiplayer elements. The story begins 5000 years after the death of the great alchemist, but the light of the crystal does not yet shine over the lands. In the town of Brass, Claire, an alchemist in training, sees a glowing ball near ancient ruins one night. It is up to her to investigate this event.
As usual, the characters of the series meet for the anniversary, but there are also newcomers. Of course, the gameplay around the Brave and Default commands also returns. The story was written by Keiichi Ajiro, who previously worked on Bravely Default and Second. There are also the usual sounds of Revo.
