The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story was directed by Koichiro Ito (Metal Gear Solid V) and is married to Junichi Ehera (NieR: Vending Machines) produced. The game revolves around the tragic Shijima family who suffered a series of unexplained deaths more than a century ago. Players take on the role of crime writer Haruka Kagami and use her talent for deduction to uncover the truth behind the murders committed in the Shijima household over the past hundred years. Discover the truth and identify the culprit in this approachable detective story.

Yasuhito Tachibana, the producer of Netflix’s The Naked Director, directs the camera and plays the role of screenplay director The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story and takes visual storytelling to a new level with highquality camera techniques and exciting liveaction gameplay. Players will immerse themselves in an authentic and traditional Japanese story as they transcend the boundaries of time in different eras in Japan. Over the years, they gather information to uncover the truth behind the illfated Shijima family and an ancient mystery.

The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story with riveting performances by Nanami Sakuraba as Haruka Kagami, the game’s protagonist, and Yuta Hiraoka as Eiji Shijima, the second son of the Shijima family, who returns home to unravel the mystery of his family’s fate. A cast of talented Japanese actors bring this adventure to life, with each role representing a different character in each era.
