Square Enix has with Front Mission 2089: Borderscape announced a new smartphone offshoot of the Mecha series. On the official website you can pre-register, watch a mecha and listen to a song. The publication is planned worldwide. There is also a first concept trailer.
As the name suggests, we live in the year 2089. The world is on the brink of another war.
Other Front Mission projects are currently in the works. Forever Entertainment announced Front Mission 1st and Front Mission 2 remakes for Nintendo Switch in February.
