Sales have already reached the next milestone

Bandai Namco has something to celebrate again Stories of origin† With two million units shipped and sold digitally, the JRPG has reached the next milestone. That’s what you celebrate with a corresponding image†

After its release on September 10, 2021 for PlayStation, Xbox and Steam, it only took a few days to reach the first million. At the end of October, 1.5 million were last reported. Collaborations with Scarlet Nexus and Atelier Sophie 2 kept the conversation going this year. Don’t hope for a sequel though.

So where does Tales of Arise fit into the series?

In March 2021, Bandai Namco published specific sales figures for the Tales of series. Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Vesperia were at the top at the time with about 2.4 million copies each. Tales of Destiny, which had 1.7 million copies at the time, fell off the stage. Tales of Arise is now number 3 when it comes to selling Tales of.
