Naoki Yoshida Talks About The Next Trailer, Coming Soon

Recent articles

We can still hear that Naoki Yoshida promised us some time ago that there would finally be new details in the spring of 2022 Final Fantasy XVI grant. As time goes by, many fans get nervous.

But the end of the dry season is in sight. Naoki Yoshida has revealed that a new trailer will be released “soon”. He shared this information in Crossover Special on Final Fantasy XIV and NieR Re[in]carnation. Yoshida says the new trailer is ready and will be released soon.

Of course, the trailer should have reached the public a long time ago, but the release has been postponed. Why, Naoki Yoshida did not go into detail in the live stream.

Yoshida also went a little deeper into the game’s development. He said that the development team has spent a lot of time “polishing” and debugging the game and that it is almost ready.

We remember the UNIQLO brochure where Yoshida made a similar statement. In the small fashion magazine on the occasion of the release of the anniversary collection for Final Fantasy, he revealed that Final Fantasy XVI is in “the final stage of development”. Yoshida also stated that the development team hopes to provide players with a full and immersive single player experience.

Taking the quote from the fashion magazine as an opportunity to hope for an early release seemed a bit vague to many fans. But Naoki Yoshida’s new statements don’t just give cause for hope that we’ll see the game again soon. The release also seems closer than you might think.

The last official statement on Final Fantasy XVI dates back to December 2021. At the time, producer Naoki Yoshida spoke up and apologized. Because after actually promising new details about Final Fantasy XVI for 2021, he had to postpone the fans until the spring of 2022.
