F1 22 lost pole position in two of the four retail charts. However, in the PS4 rankings and in the Xbox One charts, the racing simulation remains the benchmark of all things. Not bad.

Runner up is GTA V – Premium Edition, which also features prominently in the PS5 charts (two) and Xbox series charts (three). When will everyone actually have GTA V? The PS5 charts are headed by Gran Turismo 7, while the Xbox Series charts go to Elden Ring.

The best newcomer of the past week is Live A Live. The highly rated (81 at OpenCritic) and localized for the first time in nearly 28 years JRPG classic got a chic HD2D facelift.

In the Switch rankings, from a JRPG fan perspective, it was still only enough for a somewhat disappointing seventh place in launch week. Nintendo Switch Sports and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe dominate the rankings here.
