Bandai Namco closed patch 1.06 today Elden ring issued. This time around, there are also nerfs for popular builds like the Bloodhound’s Step and Corpse Piler.
These nerfs have been part of the patches since the beginning and the first mitigations in particular were controversial. Some character builds made the Elden Ring a little more “accessible” – almost lighter. Some fans approved of that too. For FromSoftware, however, this is a “flaw” – it is here defused and further modified.
In addition to the balance changes, Patch 1.06 also improves the stability of the game again. A change also affects a search. White Mask Varre’s questline can be improved in a new way. An NPC will help here now.
Also, unauthorized items now show the item description ERROR. This may have to do with the forbidden underwear that occupied the community some time ago.
