To the end from the THQ Nordic Showcase, THQ has hinted at the development of a new South Park video game. It would be the next video game adaptation after South Park: The Stick of the Truth and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Both games were well received by fans and critics alike.
The two modern South Park games were created under the direction of Ubisoft, The Stick of the Truth was developed by Obsidian Entertainment and The Fractured But Whole by Ubisoft San Francisco.
