The Genshin Impact creators’ “urban action RPG” shows off a lot of gameplay

Received after the first performance in May Zenless Zone Zero including a larger stage at the Summer Game Fest 2022. Genshin Impact developer miHoYo used this for an introduction to the combat system of the new “urban fantasy RPG”.

As part of the Tokyo Game Show 2022, new gameplay has now been released that will give you a great insight. The video “Just Another Day at the Video Story” lasts a whopping 18 minutes.

Set in a post-apocalyptic metropolis, Zenless Zone Zero aims to provide an “immersive story with futuristic art style”, as well as “unmistakable characters” and an “action-oriented combat system”. That’s exactly what we want to show you this time.

Civilization was destroyed by a supernatural disaster. So-called voids grow exponentially out of nowhere, creating dimensions from which monsters emerge. New Eridu is the last urban civilization to have even applied technology to extract resources from the mysterious cavities.

Zenless Zone Zero is coming to mobile and PC.
