Square Enix also presents the launch trailer The Dio Field Chronicle. This puts us in the right mood for the strategic role play.

The Dio Field Chronicle offers a deep, strategic, realtime combat system, also known as “RealTime Tactical Battle” (RTTB), in which players** and enemy troops move in realtime and the course of battle can take a dramatic turn in the blink of an eye. The story is set in a unique world with a dark and exciting story that mixes fantasy with medieval and modern elements.

Players can also download a free demo version for all platforms. Saved data from the demo, including game progress and character levels, will be carried over to the full version, allowing them to seamlessly continue their missions with the Blue Foxes mercenaries once they purchase the game. Covering the beginning of the game to the end of the first chapter, the demo features fastpaced and actionpacked combat where you lead small troops in different types of battles. Each of them fulfills a unique role on the battlefield.

The Dio Field Chronicle was developed by Square Enix together with Lancarse Ltd. Developed by a team of experienced strategy game developers. The Dio Field Chronicle shines with unique character designs from Taiki (Lord of Vermilion III, IV), artwork by Isamu Kamikokuryo (FINAL FANTASY XII, FINAL FANTASY XIII) and beautiful orchestral music by world famous composers Ramin Djawadi and Brandon Campbell, who composed the soundtrack for Game of Thrones Are known.

The Dio Field Chronicle is available since yesterday for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
