Sony has released the first trailer for the upcoming Spider-Man: Miles Morales PC game. Unfortunately, there is no specific date for the game’s release yet.
The PC version of Miles Morales should easily build on the past successes of “old PlayStation games” for PCs. Recently, Spider-Man Remastered was Sony’s most profitable PC release to date, according to data from SteamDB.
Sony’s PC tactics are currently at least partially supported by the success of the Steam Deck. Being able to play games like God of War or Spider-Man: Miles Morales on mobile is an additional selling point. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered has been verified for the Steam Deck. as well as God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Days Gone.
Nixxes Studios is involved in the transfer of Spider-Man and Miles Morales. The purchase of the studio, which specializes in PC ports, was of course a strategic decision. More PC ports of Sony games will follow.
As you know, Sony PlayStation even has its own PC Steam page. After Horizon Zero Dawn there was Days Gone and God of War. Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves is coming. And definitely more games, as Sony is “just at the beginning” when it comes to PC tactics.
