How old are you?

What did you do in 2014? At that time I was in the middle of my studies, which were slowly but surely (unsuccessfully) coming to an end. At the same time, we asked an interesting Sunday question on JPGames asking the ages of our readers. The mean age at that time was 25.4 years. So we had a fairly young readership, which also roughly reflected my age at the time. But what does it actually look like today?

Noisy the average age of the players is increasing from year to year and is currently 37.6 years. Compared to 2014, this is already 6.6 years more. The average was 31 years old at the time, so our readers were slightly younger than the social average. So you can say that not only is our society ageing, but also today’s players.

In this Sunday question we want to find out whether this is still the case today. After all, almost 8 years have passed since the last survey and your age has definitely changed. You may have grown with our site and still have a passion for video games. Or you belong to the younger society that has rediscovered video games. Feel free to tell us!
