So far, we’ve seen two previews for Enola Holmes 2. On September 24, 2022, the first trailer came out. The second one came out in October. Who Is In the Cast of Enola Holmes 2?

As expected, Brown will be back as the smart young detective Enola in the second movie, and both Cavill and Bonham Carter will be back as Sherlock and Eudora, respectively. No one has said yet if Claflin will play Mycroft again in the second movie. Louis Partridge, who played Enola’s partner in crime, Tewkesbury, in the first movie, is back as well. He is joined by Adeel Akhtar, who plays Scotland Yard Inspector Lestrade, and Susan Wokoma, who plays Edith.

There will also be a lot of new faces in Enola Holmes 2. The cast already includes David Thewlis, who is known for his roles in the Harry Potter movies Wonder Woman and The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, who was in Sex Education and the acclaimed sci-fi epic Dune, and Hannah Dodd, who was in Hulu’s Find Me in Paris. Other newcomers to the franchise are Abbie Hern, Gabriel Tierney, and Serrana Su-Ling Bliss.

Enola Holmes 2 Plot

Here’s what we can expect from Enola Holmes 2 based on Netflix and the official plot summary:

“Now that she’s a private detective like her famous brother, Enola Holmes takes on her first official case to find a missing girl. But a dangerous conspiracy sets off a mystery that needs the help of friends—and Sherlock himself—to solve.”

This sounds like the second Enola Holmes Mystery book by Nancy Springer, which is the book series on which the movie series is based. In The Case of the Left-Handed Lady, the character played by Millie Bobby Brown tries to find the missing Lady, Cecily Alistair, while trying to avoid Sherlock.

Even though the sequel probably won’t be exactly like the book, it looks like there’s a lot of inspiration there. Millie also talked about where the movie takes place. She told Entertainment Weekly, “We set the movie in the hustle and bustle of London, which we didn’t get to see as much in the first one.” “We got to see what this young girl does all day and night in this crazy city around her.”
