Fixed Bugs:
- Incorrect status blockers in PlayerUI
- Status stacking with amplify/magnify active
Changes:
- Cannot use Bounty Station in combat
- Some status effects rebalanced
- Weapons rebalanced
- Armour capacity stat increased
