Should actualy The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR will be available at the same time as the launch of the PlayStation VR2, but unfortunately nothing will come of it. Supermassive Games has now postponed the playable ghost train to March 16.
As so often in these cases, the reason for this is that you want to have a little more time for lastminute finetuning.
