A new gameplay trailer was released right at the start of yesterday’s Developer Direct Minecraft Legends shown. At the same time, it was announced that the title would be released on April 18 on all current consoles.

In the storydriven campaign, players explore a world filled with treasures and dangers, battle familiar mobs, meet new mysterious characters, and team up with allies to face the hordes of Piglins. Minecraft Legends also introduces a PvP mode a first in the MinecraftSeries! Up to four players can form a team and compete against a second team.
