For the First Time in Years, The Video Game Museum has Revealed the Total Number of Active Call of Duty: Live Players

We received a photo from FlexZ, who was at the OXO Museo’s official inauguration yesterday, displaying the current player counts for Warzone 2.0, Modern Warfare 2, and Call of Duty Mobile.

Four hundred twenty-four thousand people were playing Warzone 2 at the time of the image (7 PM GMT), 184,000 were playing Modern Warfare 2, and 406,000 were playing COD Mobile. Call of Duty had 1,104,383 active players across all of its games. Not bad for a show that many consider “dead.”

Regarding the accuracy of the figures, museum officials allegedly informed visitors that they had permission from Activision to show the real-time Call of Duty statistics.

The community claimed that the significant alterations Warzone 2 made from the previous game were to blame for the game’s player counts declining faster than anticipated earlier this month.

However, Activision will make significant adjustments to Warzone 2 in Season 2, which debuts on February 15. The Gulag, load-outs, economics, movements, vests, backpacks, and other things have changed.
