Square Enix announces that “Different Future” is ahead of the third DLC Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is available. The launch trailer can also be seen and the press release provides all the necessary information:
In the “Different Future” DLC, codeveloped with Team NINJA from KOEI TECMO GAMES, the creators of the Ninja Gaiden and noseries, Jack and his team are led by a moogle to a city in another time and dimension to take on a final challenge and tell the story of Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin complete.
New Content in the “Different Future” DLC:
- New Characters and Enemies Players are joined on their journey by the Moogle introduced in the Dimensional Traveler DLC and meet the Emperor from the FINAL FANTASYQueue.
- New Jobs Players can unlock the Gunner, Hunter, and Gambler jobs by completing the missions in Different Future.
- New Gear “Different Future” introduces new firearms gear.
- New Blacksmith Options Players can use “imitation materials” to make certain items easier to craft and upgrade. Players can also use this material to create imitations of their gear and recreate chaos effects.
