Elden Ring, a fan, defeats Maliket after six months of trying

In the tradition of FromSoftware video games, Elden Ring also features quite a few bosses that are very difficult to beat, with fans having to face dozens and dozens of tries before they can actually defeat them. And given that fact, it’s not at all surprising to find that it took a Reddit user even six months before he was able to defeat one of the game’s bosses: Maliket.

Bandit_Ke1th reported via Reddit that he finally managed to defeat the boss that has been tormenting him for six months, Maliket, the Black Blade, present at the most advanced stages of the latest work of the Japanese development team led by Hidetaka Miyazaki.

For those who don’t know him, this is undoubtedly one of the hardest Elden Ring bosses, as he deals a huge amount of damage every time he makes an attack, especially a heavy one. In addition, the boss fight is made even more difficult and difficult to complete due to the high speed that distinguishes a formidable enemy that can instantly move around the arena with powerful jumps.

However, Bandit_Ke1th said the following:

“After being banned for six months and having the game deleted twice because I couldn’t complete it, I finally beat Black Blade. I’m so pleased.”

However, quite a few users have commented on the above post, pointing out one of the reasons that made it even harder for Bandit to defeat Maliket: the user did not properly increase their character’s health, and the life bar present in the image is actually too low considering clearly an advanced moment in history in which it was.

An error in judgment that made the fight for Bandit much harder than FromSoftware’s balancing thought.

If you’re a fan of Elden Ring, remember that Bandai Namco has announced a special event celebrating the game’s first anniversary.

After being stuck on it for 6 months and removing it 2 times because I couldn’t beat it, I finally beat the black blade of death. It was so nice. from Elderring
