During his presentation, Al-Khalaf reviewed the digital transformation process pursued by the company through its “Asas” strategy, as it has managed to achieve digital integration among stakeholders in insurance and government agencies at multiple levels , the first of which is the internal level, where Najm has provided an advanced network connecting 55 sites spread across 40 cities of the Kingdom with a modern and advanced main data center that supports cloud solutions, as it hosts more than 400 applications and systems. The center is also connected to advanced computer security systems to fully protect the Najm network. Externally, Najm provided automated services, which resulted in facilitating the flow of transactions between the General Traffic Department and the private sector, through an advanced linkage system supported by artificial intelligence services, which was reflected in raising the level of customer satisfaction significantly.
On the other hand, Al-Khalaf touched on the educational role played by Najm on the importance of insurance and its social and economic benefits, and the importance of technology in disseminating awareness campaigns related to this field. This is reflected in the improvement of the insurance coverage ratio, and therefore in the increase of the sector’s contribution to GDP.
